The Government of the Murmansk region is the supreme executive authority of the region and is headed by the Governor of the Murmansk region. It crowns the system of regional executive agencies and provides their coordinated activity. The Regional Government also provides enforcement of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, federal and regional acts and other normative documents on the territory of the Murmansk region.
